We had the best possible experience with Lorie Mason, we we're selling the home we grew up in after the loss of our father, Lorie walked us through all of the requirements for the trust (It's a lot...). She made a few helpful suggestions on sprucing the place up to attract buyers. I was with her for the first open house, she was good with potential buyers, polite but still made sure to collect the correct information. I would recommend Lorie because she understood our situation as well as the local market.

I would never use anyone else in Southern California. Over the last six years, our family has bought and sold property through Marty Rodriguez on at least a dozen transactions. This includes commercial property, rentals, residences and vacant land. In fact, we just closed escrow on our residence in this very challenging market. Marty has always made herself available to us on a 24/7 basis. She has called or returned calls from airports, on weekends and at all crazy hours.
