Team Profile
Both have lived on St. George Island for 30 years. Mason came to the island and started a construction company, which he had for 15 years, and has been selling real estate since. Marilyn came from an Interior Design career and has been in real estate on the island for the last 27 years.
Because of their building experience they offer a special talent for site selection, permitting, remodeling ideas, or any other questions our clients might have.

I felt very comfortable talking with her from our very first phone conversation. I felt like I could ask questions and could share information that would be kept confidential. I also liked that Marilyn did not try to "sway" us to a particular property. She pointed out positive and negatives for each property we viewed and we felt she answered our questions honestly about rental potential for the property. Since we will only be part time residents it was important to work with someone with a strong knowledge of SGI. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with local resources before and after the sale. We would highly recommend Marilyn Bean to any of our friends and relatives and if we were in need of a realtor again for this area we would definitely use Marilyn.
