I met Kris and Chris Mayhew at an open house about six months before we were seriously looking to buy and sell. I had talked to other agents as well. Fast forward six months and I attended another open house and Kris remembered me from the previous open house. I was very impressed by how friendly and professional they were. I ended up sending an email on a Sunday night and Kris was in contact with me almost immediately. I was so impressed with Kris and Chris right from the start and their honesty. They were always very quick in every response and even though the market was tight they were doing all they could to help us find a home and sell ours. We had an offer on our home within a day of being on the market. We were worried about finding the right home for us, but funny thing is, Kris showed us pictures of a house we hadn't thought of the night we put our house on the market and little did we know at the time, but that home with my dream sun porch would become our beautiful new home and our offer was accepted within the week of the other home. We closed on both homes the same day. What I appreciate most about Kris and Chris was that sometimes they had to deliver difficult news, however if there were any problems, they always came to us with a plan or solution. They were so easy to work with and right there with us as closing and they were genuinely happy for us and knew our new home was the right home for us.
