Kris was able to guide me through the closing documentation completely online from signatures to down payments. When I was finally able to view the new place for the first time, Kris was happy to meet with the keys and even give some tips and contact info for remodeling some areas. I cannot say enough positive comments, but this was an easy purchase for me because Kris was always prepared with the right answers to all of my questions making this a great experience.
