I was originally going to go with a different realtor that was also associated with Century 21 and was calling Chris to cancel our appointment. In talking with Chris, I felt how important his job was to him and his words swayed me from cancelling so that I could hear what he and Kris had to say about my uncle's property and what they had planned. It was the very best decision I made regarding the sale of the house! Chris and Kris Mayhew were just above and beyond in what they do and it showed in every aspect of the sale! Chris was always available if I needed him and answered any questions I had to make the whole process go smooth and easy! It was heartbreaking to lose my uncle and then to have to worry about selling his home and possessions. Chris understood 100% what I was going through and became not only my realtor, but also a friend to help with the process. Chris was a truly awesome person and just made it so I was not worried at all! I would highly recommend Chris Mayhew if you need to sell or buy a house!

Chris made the process of looking and buying our first home so easy. Him and his team were always available to answer any questions we had regarding the process. Typically I hear buying a home can be stressful, but our was not. He was always upfront with us with and good or bad news, which we appreciate. The Three "E"'s Energy - Chris and Kris had plentiful energy to get done what needed to be done. They always had a positive attitude and always helpful to get last minute showings, or items taken care of.
