Seller reviewJonathan did an excellent job of communicating to me and the buyer's agent very quickly. Some hiccups arose throughout the selling process and Jonathan handled them well. The initial appraisal came in 11k under the purchase agreement and Jonathan helped us appeal the appraisal. We won the appeal while still closing on time! Thank you Jonathan!
