Steve was very helpful in the sale of our home, though he appeared to work more behind the scenes. We appreciated his friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and expertise in preparing our home for sale. Skye was our main contact person for the entire process, and she was incredibly helpful as we were first-time home sellers. She was very responsive - no matter the time of day or week, and we could tell she was working hard for us. Skye used her knowledge, patience and expertise in this area to answer our questions, multiple times when necessary, and truly made us feel as though we were her only clients during an incredibly busy real estate time, though we most certainly were not. Skye is obviously incredibly skilled in this field, and she proved it time and again as she assisted us with both buying and selling a home. We followed her guidance and was able to get our house on the market and sold very quickly for a price we were incredibly pleased with. The closing process for both homes was smooth and easy. We would highly recommend Skye and Steve Meidam to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home.
