Buyer reviewSkye stuck with me after over a year of inactivity. I've had other brokers send me updates on properties, but dropped me after a while because I was taking no action. But Skye kept sending me updates, regardless. And finally, when the time came to buckle down and look at homes, there was no question as to whom to go with. After the first time meeting her (house showing), I could tell that she had the knowledge and drive, but more importantly that she wasn't going to BS me. I'm a first-time home-owner, and she took the time to go over all the processes and procedures. In addition, she let me be frantic and emotional about all of it while remaining focused and level-headed. I'm going to recommend Skye to all my friends and co-workers looking to buy a house, especially first timers.

Buyer reviewSteve went WAY above and beyond for us when it came to showing us houses. My fiancé and I had different schedules so it was hard to find a time that worked for both of us to look at houses. Steve spent a couple weekends showing us houses and even went as far as to show us one at 6:00 in the MORNING! He was always just a quick email away with any other questions that I had from looking at houses to the final details when buying our house. Together, Steve and Skye made our home buying process quick and easy. Skye took care of getting all of our paperwork together. She always made sure the right documents went to the right people. As soon as our offer was accepted on our house she sent us a checklist of all the things that we would need to do and the dates they should be done by to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed without that checklist. Steve and Skye were a great team to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They truly made our first home buying experience a great one!
