Seller reviewMarcee Merritt may be the best realtor in the state. She is on top of all aspects of the sale, beyond what I could have known I needed. She ensured we knew the marketplace and what was possible, not just what comps were. She started marketing as soon as she knew we were ready, laid out the plan for us to open the listing. 4 hours later, the property was sold with 8 bids higher....much higher that we listed for. She even knew it would do that and almost guessed perfectly on what it would bid up to. She is fair handed to the Seller and the Buyer...which is why I like being on both sides of the transaction with her. She has made it impossible for me to ever be satisfied by another realtor again so she has my business for life!
