Buyer reviewWe worked with a VA loan and Marcee Merritt was very knowledgeable about the in's and out's of the VA process, she knew the properties that would pass the VA standards and was careful to steer us in the direction of those homes. She kept us well informed and updated at each step of the process and was great at communicating all aspects of the process. She and her husband were always friendly and upbeat and understanding during a stressful process. In person she is a very energetic and positive person, we enjoyed all interactions with her and will use her in the future and absolutely would recommend her to friends and family.

Buyer reviewMarcee Marcee was very patient and accomodating with us and our schedules. We were not going to buy until we found the right property. That took 18 months and Marcee hung in there to the end. She had a good idea of what we wanted but didn't try to sway us in any way. We basically did the hunting and she set up the contacts and acquired any information we needed to help with decision making. Her experience was evident in getting pertinent information and papers ready for closing. We would recommend her simply because of her easy going manner.
