Michelle kept me informed during all stages of the listing and sale. She communicated well on all matters and kept on a strict timeline for me. Michelle handle an issue with the county deed records and title company to ensure there were no issues at closing. She is a true professional and would definitely use her again and recommend to anyone. She was very responsive to any calls or questions. She ensured she articulated every process and managed my expectations perfectly. Robin was Michelle's assistant and she was thoroughly involved in getting me documents in a timely fashion as well as scheduling inspections and maintenance needed on the property. Michelle had an aggressive add campaign to get my property seen. We listed it live on a Friday and had a contract over asking price ratified 3 days later on Monday. She worked in my best interest negotiating the contract and was great value for the price.
