Seller reviewMichelle went above and beyond with the sale of our house. From helping us pack our things, to referring contractors we needed for repairs that had very good pricing. I highly recommend Michelle as she is very knowledgeable of the market and was always professional and courteous. If you want your house to sell then Id call Michelle!

Buyer reviewI met Chelsey two years before I purchased my home. Even though I was not able to buy at that time. Chelsey kept in touch with me. Continued to send me listings and helped me get approved for a loan. While looking at properties she was always pointing out things that were concerning about the property. I felt like it was very important for her to find me a good house. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me anything just to get her commission and move on. When Chelsey was looking at getting furniture she even came in and bought from me. Not only did I have a awesome realtor, but made a new friend.

She truly went above and beyond, accommodating my schedule (including going to look at houses and calling me in when I couldn't be there in person!) and giving open and honest feedback about the area, home value, etc. Several people have commented about how lucky I am to have gotten the house that I did in this market; I tell them it's not luck, it's my realtor! I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a realtor to go with Century 21 and Chelsey Nielsen, I wouldn't have gotten a house I love at a great price without her.
