Seller reviewI have nothing but high praise and respect for John and his team. They were dealing with a very complicated and sensitive set of circumstances which required an extra degree of tact, negotiating skills, patience, and understanding. This was a very challenging situation involving one party who was living at the property, with a second party who was on the deed and mortgage but living apart. I was the absent owner, and I have to say that John and team exceeded my expectations in receiving an extremely positive result. I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone in their area and market. Bravo!
