Mitzi, Is not only a great Agent she is just a wonderful person with a BIG heart! She cares and that is worth more than anything! Not to mention Mitzi knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she knows the right person that does know! You could say "She is in the Know" She would be the right Agent for anyone! I appreciated all that she did, her honesty, her patience! I am honestly not saying this because I do know her! I am not around her all the time, I went to school with her so that has many been years ago. Mitzi just really knows her business and is just as considerate as they come! She is always thinking of others and it shows in how she deals with her clients. As I said Mitzi Kirsch knows her business and she wants your house to be your home! She knew what kind of home that I was a custom to and she knew my situation. She apparently did her homework to find me the right house without making me look at a ton of things that she knew I would not be happy with or that I could not afford. Mitzi was excellent to work with! I was referred by a close friend and I am extremely pleased with her and the staff (Angie). She listed our home and sold it in three days, then she found us our dream listing at the lake nearly ten days after. They were very detailed and efficient during the entire process.
