Seller reviewWe would and have praised Mitzi's ability and skills to all who know us. She exceeded our expectations in helping us prepare our house for the market, finding a special buyer who would like our house, have a team at her deposal who helped make repairs and improve the property. All in all she was effective and great. She delivers.

She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with in selling the house. She made good recommendations and advised us well in the negotiations with the buyer. She was always timely in informing us of inspections and advising us of how to handle the matter. She knows all the best service people in the area.
