My friend who recommended Mitzi to me said that she was experienced, and was sensitive to the homeowner's needs. At times I was not sure if I was emailing Mitzi directly, or her assistants. My questions and concerns were always handled promptly. I believe that Mitzi did a great job of communicating with the buyers and their agent, and only involving me when necessary. This was my first experience selling my home on my own.I felt that everyone was patient, and respectful of my inexperience, and need for their advice/assistance. Mitzi went out of her way to encourage me, and keep me calm during this whole process. She even made time to stop by when I asked for advice on my progress, and how to organize my move. She and her staff treated me like family rather than just a client.
