Seller reviewMr. Katt Is thought, kind, knowledgeable and truly put forth all effort. Above all this, he strives to know his clients on a deeper level. This creates a relationship of trust during such a big life changing event. We would not consider anyone other than Mr. Katt. Not only is he amazing at his craft, he is a good person. Rebecca is organized, timely and accommodating. She is the behind the scenes element that keeps the ship sailing! This team is a role model other brokers should strive to be like!!

Buyer reviewWe worked with Mr Katt and Rebecca on the purchase of our first home 9 years ago. It was a very smooth process and we really felt like we were in good hands. There was no question we would contact Mr Katt again for this move. Moving is a big undertaking, but I don't think the process could have gone any smoother. Mr Katt and Rebecca went above and beyond in helping us get all the details lined up. From our initial offer, to our inspection response, to finalizing and all the moving parts in between they lead the charge and made sure we were on track and making informed decisions. Now, after two home purchases and one home sale with Mr. Katt, I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere for my next home purchase or sale. I just hope he's still at it in 30 years!

Seller reviewThis is the third transaction that Mr. Katt has handled for me in the last 8 years. He was extremely patient with me as always. I keep a very busy schedule and Mr. Katt made sure that the transaction went very smooth without any hang ups. He kept all lines of communication open which in my opinion aided in the closing timeline that I needed. He is a great realtor and you can tell that he doesn't care about his commissions but more about his clients.
