For instance, in addition to sharing information about the property, Mr. Katt goes above and beyond by thinking long term and what will and will not work well for the client based on their needs and the area where the property is located. The advice and help came across as if Mr. Katt himself would/would not invest in that property. This is important for building trust.

He was very pro-active in updating me on the showings and the post showing feedback. Once an offer was made Mr. Katt negotiated really well and ensured that as a buyer I am getting the right price for my property and followed it through well till closing.
