When we decided to sell of the Much Marcle property, Mr. Katt consulted with us the pros and cons of selling the condo. He personally took the time to educate us on the process. Through the process till the settlement amount was deposited in our account, Mr. Katt was in contact with us and made sure all our questions were answered. A realtor should always be more than a realtor - Someone who is a true partner and personally cares about all the aspects for the buyer/seller that he/she represents.
