And then to find that Selena is as friendly and knowledgeable as she is, I quickly realized that I was working with the "dream team." They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. They expertly advised me through the preparation phase of the sale, helping me to put the right focus on necessary home improvements versus those things that might be "nice to have" or were not necessary at all. Thanks to their marketing plan, we had several offers within days and were under contract in less than a week. The communication and care that they displayed, all while I was living overseas, was really "top-notch" and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Working with Richard and Selena, the entire experience was a "10 out of 10."
