Richard immediately went to work by sending proprieties for possible showings. He fully understood my desires and did not waste my time. He scheduled a possible showing showing of a property that had recently been withdrawn form the market and it was a nearly perfect choice for us. The rest is history and Richards tireless effort to arrange everything necessary for a great move. Not only does Richard really know New Bern but he follows up on every detail of closing and assists with after closing requirements. Best buyers agent I have had in my career.
