Seller reviewI met Tom Novembre while he was showing a neighbor's home for sale. I told him I was interested in selling my home however my previous attempt to sell was unsuccessful (busy street, no parking). A few days later, I met with him and his wife Sheila Novembre and they became my agents. From the beginning, they did a phenomenal job from listing my home to scheduling showings to always being available to answer any questions I had. Sheila was especially helpful and made sure every aspect of the process went as smoothly as possible. With their knowledge and expertise, I received an offer on my home within the first week of listing! It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom and Sheila. They went beyond my expectations and are simply the best!

They were proactive and knowledgeable in their assessment of the property we were selling and were spot on with the predictions on selling price and buyer interest. They were flexible and accommodating when we decided to change our search area for a prospective home and remained in constant communication with our family to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the process. They were always encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process.

He also recommended the mortgage company to use. All in all this was accomplished by all parties in a professional and quick manner. Thomas will also be the agent to put my house up for sale.
