I have a good experience with my broker I would recommend her to all my family and friends and I am going to do that arm she was wonderful I love her attitude I love how bubbly she is all the time sometimes I was so annoyed and about to go crazy and she was always there by my side every time I called her and asked her a question she had a perfect answer she was awesome I would have never made it without her and I thank her so much she's my favorite broker .

Shortened version of an unbelievable story is that Barbara and her team were engaged blind to sell a property locally for which I held Power Of Attorney on behalf of my Father In law. Being some 4000 miles away and having at the time of the proposed marketing never been to the States I was in the dark. I looked on line for Real Estate Agents locally and was drawn to Century 21 Ocean and Barbara, having corresponded with Barbara on line she answered me quickly, courteously and basically was 100% up front on what she would do and how she and her team would do their best to deliver a sale. We spoke on the telephone and I was convinced this girl was the one that I wanted to engage to sell the property. There was another party involved in the Co ownership of the property in question and based upon local knowledge (allegedly) from this Co Owners friends in the area this individual was wanting to use another Agent to sell the property and try and save a measly 1% on Commission fees. Have to say I was not going to play ball with this as you pay peanuts you get monkeys and I wanted the property marketed by a Company who my gut feeling based on mailings and conversations could deliver. Next part of the story is that Barbara and her team certainly delivered, the property was sold in what by British time frames was super quick and at a price which was fair and realistic to all parties. At all times I was kept fully appraised of what was happening what was going to happen and why and before I knew it I was of to the States to meet with Barbara and the Closing Agent to close title. I can not recommend Barbara and her team highly enough, she delivered without doubt what she said she would and nothing was too much trouble or a problem for her. If you are serious about wanting a property sold State side in this area of Florida, do not waste time and resources looking anywhere else other, go straight to the Girl that can, Barbara Schluraff and the Team at Centry 21 Ocean, they will not let you down.
