Seller reviewCarrie Van Deraa did a great job with the purchase and sale of my house. It was my first investment house and she answered all my questions no matter what time or day. Seller reviewCarrie is very "approachable", and a "down to earth" person. Always responded to emails, etc... in a very timely manner, and updated us on any progress in her sales efforts. Did evening/weekend meetings to work around our schedules without batting an eye. We live in the same small town as Carrie, and she came over and introduced us to her Husband one evening at a local restaurant. That kind of gave it the personal touch, instead of our relationship just being as a "business associate". That's very important in our eyes, we need to trust the person that we're dealing with and know they're working hard for us and are honest. As a matter of fact, we feel so comfortable with Carrie that we recently listed another property with her. She's a hard worker and would do whatever it takes to keep her customers satisfied with her performance. Being a business owner myself, I would say without a doubt that you have a very valuable employee with Carrie.
