Buyer reviewDenisse helped me find my current rental home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during my search. She offered additional showing that were comparable to my choices -- some homes I chose were abysmal on site ... while I was walking around the house complaining, she was quietly looking up nearby homes and simply asked "would you like to see these homes today as well?". She also has a great eye and attention to detail. Denisse is very knowledgeable about the area, the listing, and the trends of the housing market. I have (and will continue to) recommend Denisse to anyone that I know is looking for a home (to rent or purchase).

Seller reviewI relied heavily on Jennifer's advice and very realistic plans for proceeding with the preparation for sale and ultimate presentation and marketing. She was available with recommended service personnel to address my needs and always available for consultation when I needed direction. Her marketing plan and direct relationship with colleagues established a sound and reliable plan for showings and, ultimately, selection of the most advantageous offer for my home. I'm reluctant to place my trust in many service providers and tend to discount self-promoting resumes and sales pitches for personal impressions. Jennifer won and easily earned both my trust and my respect through this sale. Ultimately, I'm grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

Seller reviewJennifer has been an AMAZING agent!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and has a gift for listing a home at just the right price! She fights for her clients, and makes sure she meets their needs. We were extremely grateful to have worked with her, and to have the process go so smooth! She was intentional about keeping us up to date on the process, and was always available to answer our questions (much quickly than we expected)! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Jennifer gets 100!!! She has been amazing, and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again! Jennifer's support staff and team were great!!! They were all really helpful and understanding! They made the process of closing much less stressful! Selling a home can be a TON of work, but Jennifer was extremely kind, patient, and encouraging, as we prepared our home for showings and tours. She was a walking commercial for our home during the showings/tours, and worked hard to coordinate all of the "moving parts" of selling our home.
