Seller reviewJennifer has been an AMAZING agent!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and has a gift for listing a home at just the right price! She fights for her clients, and makes sure she meets their needs. We were extremely grateful to have worked with her, and to have the process go so smooth! She was intentional about keeping us up to date on the process, and was always available to answer our questions (much quickly than we expected)! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Jennifer gets 100!!! She has been amazing, and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again! Jennifer's support staff and team were great!!! They were all really helpful and understanding! They made the process of closing much less stressful! Selling a home can be a TON of work, but Jennifer was extremely kind, patient, and encouraging, as we prepared our home for showings and tours. She was a walking commercial for our home during the showings/tours, and worked hard to coordinate all of the "moving parts" of selling our home.

Jennifer is an absolute professional with intimate knowledge of the area and all things important in community. Food, services, schools, contractors, military leadership, and community politics. While we had already selected the house we wanted to buy (which is a newly constructed one), Jennifer supported us each step of the way from selecting the construction options to the actual closing. She was very prompt in responding to any queries and helped direct our inquiries to the appropriate people when needed. She was also very pro-active in identifying the support we would need and provided them generously. But after talking with Jennifer Hernandez on the phone and setting up some viewings we became more and more comfortable with the idea of buying. She made the whole process 1000x better than we could have imagined. She really did an amazing job of picking houses for us to see and routing our viewings to maximize our days. We didn't have a lot of opportunities to view places so her planning made the absolute most out of our time. She took the time during our viewings to make sure that we saw and appreciate the different features that each home had that we might otherwise have missed. Jennifer Hernandez was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better person representing us and ensuring that we found our dream home.
