We received a price for our property that was $100K higher than what other realtors had told us the property would bring. Peggy predicted how everything would work out and her prediction was accurate. She advised us on what to do and what not to worry about in preparing the property for sale, and answered any questions very quickly throughout the process. She also helped us find contractors to make some needed repairs quickly so that the property looked its best for sale. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, including many rental properties. Peggy's expertise and diligence are unmatched in our experience.
