Seller reviewWe have dealt with Ms. Pratt Calle on many different properties, as well as other agents in the past, there hasn't been anyone for this area close to Ms. Pratt Calle regarding knowledge with pricing, marketing and understanding potential buyers. Regarding her professional manner when it comes to communications, Ms Pratt Calle is clearly above most agents, she will immediately forward any needed correspondence to both parties (and their attorneys) and she works for you all hours of the day. She makes sure every 'i' is dotted and 't' is crossed when it comes to any legal documents that's need to be executed and because of this the sale will go smoothly. We are active investors in this area, and we plan on using Ms. Pratt Calle more in the future .
