Buyer reviewFrom first contact to closing Mary Beth Rich was nothing sort of ideal. She was referred to us and we are so thankful. We couldn't have picked a better buyers agent ourselves. Her professionalism and work ethic were evident from Day One. She was very knowledgeable of the area. She pulled comps and promptly sent us a comparative market analysis. It didn't matter if it was a weekday or a weekend or early in the day or late. She answered questions quickly via email, text, or phone. Mary Beth always communicated if she was going to be off-grid for an hour or so. She was proactive in scheduling inspections. She anticipated bumps in the road and was able to keep everything on track to keep us on the original closing date. I'm sure she was working with any number of buyers at the same time as she was working with us, but we never felt like we were not her priority. We do not hesitate to recommend Mary Beth Rich to anyone looking for a top-notch buyers agent.
