It was hard selling the family house we had owned for over 20 years. But, in the end, I'm glad that the buyers found a house they liked when they needed it, and the energy, expertise and positive attitude Mary Beth Rich brought to this process helped all aspects of what could be a traumatic change go smoothly. Mary Beth Rich kept us in the loop and coordinated with us throughout. She helped ensure that the house was in good shape for viewing, and brought in the right people to fix what needed fixing. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Brandy was amazing! I would highly recommend get to anyone looking for a rental or purchase. She is very understanding and works hard to find properties that interest her clients. She is available during the day and evening for your convenience. We can't thank her enough! Brady was professional, helpful, and kind. We were on a short timeline to find a house and she made the process stress free. Brandy is very patient and was willing to show us a lot of properties. She worked around both mine and my husbands schedule. She was honest and kind and made buying our first home a wonderful experience we won't forget!

Jesse Price was referred to us by my brother who is also a realtor. We wanted a local agent that was knowledgeable of the area. Jesse is an excellent communicator and listened to our list of what we were looking for. His wealth of knowledge was super and he thoroughly walked through the houses, attics and even a crawl space. Mary Beth is a knowledgeable realtor who takes the time to listen to your wants and needs. She took the time to help us prioritize our housing needs. Mary Beth pointed out positives and negatives that my husband and I missed when walking through the home. At no time did we feel pressured to pick a home. If you want a realtor who will guide you to the right home then Mary Beth is the right person.
