I cannot adequately express in words how truly impressive Mary Beth is. We had not bought a house in 30 years. Mary Beth was patient with all our questions and her knowledge and experience in the area are second to none. My wife and I trusted Mary Beth implicitly and she did not disappoint. From the big picture down to the details like a gift basket at closing, we could not have been happier or more impressed with Mary Beth. In an era where true professionals are getting harder and harder to find, to work with a true professional in every sense of the word in such an important task was valued in so very many ways. Mary Beth is the gold standard for us and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. Century 21 Millennium should be proud to have Mary Beth as a brand ambassador. My listing of my home in NH gave me the opportunity to compare/contrast Mary Beth with our listing agent. While I would not want to take anything away from the NH agent, in comparison with Mary Beth, there was truly no comparison. When my wife came down to VA to look at the house, Mary Beth was able to make what was a stressful situation into a pleasurable one. We trusted her implicitly and that trust was rewarded. We had so many questions, having not had to deal with home buying for 30 years. Mary Beth patiently answered each and every question, and recommended local contractors and helped to insure that some of the initial work needed on the Bungalow would go off smoothly. Her enthusiasm for the property and the area were critical factors in our decision to purchase. We always felt that Mary Beth had our interests first and foremost and went above and beyond to make this process not only less stressful, but actually exciting and enjoyable.

We sold our VA home while out of state. Brandy was invaluable taking care of all the necessary arrangements, from getting the house ready, until the day we closed. Her professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity, brought us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for all she did to help us.

Mary Beth helped us purchase this home- and there's no way we would have let anyone else help us sell it. We often joke, if we were rich we would hire her as our personal real estate agent for wherever we end up in the world. She's the best. There should be a choice higher than excellent-that's what she really deserves. I will say it again- she's the best. We moved to Alaska and had to deal with another Real Estate Agent here...and all I can tell you is that we constantly said that Mary Beth has spoiled us. When we purchased our home in VA we knew we would sell it one day. Mary Brth kept in touch with us over the three years we owned it, and we would even ask her advice at times when we were remodeling so that we could do what we could to sell for the best price. She even helped give us advice when we had trouble with our realtor in AK. You couldn't ask for anyone better. And on a personal note- she's one of the most kind and caring people I think I've ever met. i can speak for both my husband and I when I say that we are so happy to have had Mary Beth in our lives the past few years.

I have used Jesse Price for the purchase of two homes, the sell one of, and the sale of another early next year. Jesse has a wealth of experience and knowledge that is very hard to find in a real estate agent, then add that he is very patient, listens, and puts his clients first, he is a GREAT agent! I listened to all of Jesse's suggestions and had a full price offer the same day the house went on the market. Part of that was that I had a beautiful, but the other part was making suggested changes to my house and listing the house at a price that Jesse and I thought would be competitive but also would allow it to sell fast.
