Seller reviewMary Beth's knowledge and confidence shined through from the very beginning of the process. She provided me with a specific plan to get the property sold. I followed her plan, and the property was under contract pretty much immediately. She was the perfect fiduciary throughout the listing and sale. Literally, if you look up the definition of the word 'fiduciary' that's what Mary Beth was. Trust me, I just googled it. Her patience wasn't really required with me during the process. I only did maybe 1 or 2 foolish things. In regards to Mary Beth being the speaker for our side of the negotiations, she was 'results driven' with the other side. She was civil, of course, but from my vantage point I would have to say she was focused on producing whatever the expected results were in the situation. And I wasn't looking for her to be patient with them. I will definitely work with her in the future and also recommend her.

Seller reviewIt was once again wonderful to use Brandy. This was a rental property sale and she was phenomenal at recommending value-added renovations and repairs in order to package up the perfect home for a new family. We are so happy that she was able to get us the price we wanted (with great recommendations during negotiations about gap clauses), and was able to get the closing moved up to a date we preferred better, and had even anticipated those desires, 100% will use her again!

Brandy laid out expectations, suggestions on looking for our dream home, and was always available to answer our questions or see houses with us. She highlighted our dream home almost before we did, and stuck with us and provided great guidance on submitting an offer and moving through closing. Working with Brandy in the past, she knew our preferences and plans. She was super easy to work with previously, providing great advice and patience and making the process super easy. It was a no brainer to work with her again! She answered all our questions, helped guide us through the buying process. It was a pleasure again to work with Brandy and we would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Buyer reviewMary Beth is amazing to work with when buying or selling a home. Her knowledge of the process, real estate market, and the local neighborhoods is invaluable. The day we closed on our new home, we walked in to see a lovely gift basket filled with yummy snacks and drinks. Before moving in to the new house we were going back and forth between our old and new house for about 2 weeks cleaning and painting. Mary Beth left a goodie bag at our front door with the essentials like paper towels and toilet paper since we hadn't moved in yet. It was a good thing because I didn't think about bringing that stuff from the old house yet. She is so very thoughtful!!
