Seller reviewMary Beth's knowledge and confidence shined through from the very beginning of the process. She provided me with a specific plan to get the property sold. I followed her plan, and the property was under contract pretty much immediately. She was the perfect fiduciary throughout the listing and sale. Literally, if you look up the definition of the word 'fiduciary' that's what Mary Beth was. Trust me, I just googled it. Her patience wasn't really required with me during the process. I only did maybe 1 or 2 foolish things. In regards to Mary Beth being the speaker for our side of the negotiations, she was 'results driven' with the other side. She was civil, of course, but from my vantage point I would have to say she was focused on producing whatever the expected results were in the situation. And I wasn't looking for her to be patient with them. I will definitely work with her in the future and also recommend her.

This was a rental property sale and she was phenomenal at recommending value-added renovations and repairs in order to package up the perfect home for a new family. We are so happy that she was able to get us the price we wanted (with great recommendations during negotiations about gap clauses), and was able to get the closing moved up to a date we preferred better, and had even anticipated those desires, 100% will use her again!
