Seller reviewMallory Musgrove met every expectation one could have when selling a home remotely. I depended upon Mallory for every portion of the effort. I did little beyond approving necessary repairs. I had no doubts Mallory would find a buyer for my house within a month. Mallory kept me up to date and responded on demand to all of my needs and questions seven day a week at all hours. I'd recommend Mallory Musgrove to anyone in a similar situation.

Having dealt with Mallory previously, I felt she would offer updated and pertinent information to help us make an educated decision on this purchase, she's not out to just make a sale. Even with some communication issues on the part of the lender, Mallory made sure correct information got to where it needed to be Mallory is wonderful to work with, stays in touch with you regularly, and keeps your best interest in mind.

Buyer reviewThis was a new experience for me. I know I asked a zillion questions and she never made me feel unimportant or silly for asking. She handled everything like a pro, followed up on all issues with the house, promptly got me all ppwk I needed to docusign, thoughtfully sent me a text every time so I would know to check my email. Before I decided on this house she showed me a dozen properties. She also sent me links to houses in my cost range and demographic area I wanted. Every time I texted her with a question I heard back within an hour, she always answered my calls (except when she was flying, hahahahaha!) and if she didn't have an immediate answer she researched it and got back to me very promptly. So happy I went with her. I can't say enough about Mallory and her sister Morgan. What an excellent pair of professionals. I would not hesitate at all to send anyone looking to Mallory. She showed me houses evenings and weekends, worked around my crazy travel schedule and took care of everything like a consummate professional.
