Buyer reviewI live out of state, so I had to reach out to various agents based on internet searches. Even the listing agent and her broker would not respond to me. Logan, on the other hand, immediately responded and was helpful from the beginning. He made the transaction so smooth and easy, even I was in a different part of the country. This has been by far the most stress-free real estate transaction I've ever had. Logan was great.

Seller reviewWe used Rhonda previously; our family has used Rhonda; we love working with her; she definitely knows the area; she makes us feel comfortable; she knew what we wanted and could afford and didn't push us in any other direction. It was a long process since we wanted to live on a specific lake, and we got exactly what we wanted!!! Rhonda handling everything and worked well with our mortgage lender. We are extremely satisfied once again!! Rhonda was available all hours of the day and night. We had no communication issues whatsoever Everyone in the office is very nice, polite and informative. Rhonda is like family to us. I would definitely use her or one of her team members if buying another house.

Buyer reviewLogan Burns was very knowledgeable throughout each step of the home-buying process. From navigating the offer to suggestions during the inspection, we were very encouraged by the way he help us through each step. He was always willing to answer questions and would get back with me very promptly, even shortly after he and his wife had their first child! I knew I could lean on him in confusing parts of the process. We would definitely go with Logan if we are ever to buy a house again. He made the process as easy and pain-free as it could be. Given our unique situation from moving in from out of state and navigating changing loan and appraisal variables, Logan performed excellently throughout the entire journey.
