Whenever I needed to speak with him or get an update on something he had either already provided it before I would ask or he would get back to me very quickly with the answer. He was very interested in protecting my interests as well as my wallet. He gave outstanding advice on what I should or shouldn't change/fix/update in my house so that the house would sell quickly. I believe my house was on the market for only 13 days and the entire transaction went very smoothly. I would suggest that you give Ben an immediate raise and increase his commission. Thank you.
