From the beginning when it was strictly just poking around with feeling out how buying a house works, all the way to the closing day (and even after), Ben was amazing to work with and made our first home buying experience a breeze! He made sure we understood anything we had questions about, made sure he set us up with the right people to help with the process (shout out to Paul Phelps - Day 1 Mortgage also), and kept us up to date with every single thing that happened. Whether you're a first time home buyer or a 20th time buyer, Ben knows this process like the back of his hand, and knew exactly which questions to ask to make sure we were getting the best deal possible and that we were MORE than happy about our decision. Also, he isn't pushy like some realtors, and actually talked us away from a few options we looked at because he knew they weren't right for us. He was all in from day one including getting a difficult seller to actually complete his end of the bargain. He has also continued to help us after our purchase by ensuring that we get in contact with a roofer to replace the roof and helping us get the best deal there as well!! 10/10 would absolutely use Ben for all of my future real estate needs and will 100% be referring him to everyone I know.
