Buyer reviewClose in relative age to Ben, highly recommended by a friend, and very knowledgeable of local area and surroundings We were very pleased to work with Ben on this second home purchase, Ben understood everything that we were looking for in a property and set us up on an email listing that only showed houses that had all of the thing that we had requested, very professional in the handling of documents, negotiations and keeping in great contact with us during the entire process from the beginning all the way until closing and even after closing he kept in touch to make sure that all documents and closing payments and paper work were correct. Ben is very easy going and easy to talk to throughout the process of purchasing our home he was always available and answered any questions that we had

Buyer reviewFrom the beginning to the end Ben was always patient. He showed us so many different houses i thought i was going to owe him gas money. I have a construction back ground and Ben picked out some things on houses that i had overlooked. And when it came time to sell are place he recommended how to stage are home and little things to do for curb appeal. He told us to be ready but i had no idea he would have over ten written contracts in just two days. Overall the best selling and buying experience with a realtor ever.

I just cant say enough about this young mans professionalism and his knowledge of the whole experience. I have a building background and Ben pointed out things i didnt catch.
