From my first inquiry (I was very diligent in my concerns, questions and strategy) to the closing, they were so transparent, had a clear strategy, knew the market like no one else and always worked with me patiently through my difficult questions and my demeanor. They always kept me "in the know" every step of the way. Although we had some big hurdles and multiple offers - their level calm approach and understanding of the market helped us tremendously - not only did they negotiate a great contract, they kept the ball moving despite set backs along the way. I would recommend again and again! BRAVO!!!!!!!!!

Seller reviewI bought the house 7 years ago while on vacation in the area. Ralph & Rasa were tireless in finding properties for my family on 2 days time. All business was done via email & fax & I knew exactly what to expect because Rasa kept me informed. When I thought about selling I called Ralph & Rasa, because of the great experience I had had with them in the past. Rasa came to the house, asked what I wanted to look for in a new home, assessed the house, instructed me how to show it & assessed the selling price. From December (a really hard time of year to sell) to January we had offers.Rasa guided me & kept me calm if I lost my patience. Our first closing date was January 31. We closed February 27 through no fault of Rasas', our buyer was getting a VA loan, & it became time consuming. Through all of this time Rasa & Ralph helped us, kept us calm and was always pleasant ( even if I lost my cool). I have since recommended Rasa & Ralph to people who have asked me, I would not go to anyone else!

Rasa was always very helpful with any questions I had and they stayed on top of things for us and worked quickly and efficiently. They knew exactly what we were wanting in a place and talked me through a lot of things. Very helpful and nice to work with, they will be the ones we call if we ever are looking for more properties! Ralph and Rasa are very nice people to work with. They try their best to to help you in all ways.

Seller reviewRasa went above and beyond in terms of what I expected an agent to take care of. She was able to negotiate a price for many minor repairs quickly with one of her contacts. My time is incredibly limited and her taking the lead on these items was of huge importance to me.
