We truly could not have asked for anyone who understood our needs & kept us posted & update more than them. We had another agent for almost a year before them & never knew what was going on with him unless we called him. They actually called us on a regular basis to keep us updated!! Anytime I didn't want to bother Ralph or Rasa, I would call Dawn. She was fantastic!! Very knowledgable, sweet &; ALWAYS patient with my "dumb" questions. We were impressed with the ad in Lands & Home for the area and were very impressed after speaking & meeting with them. We thought they were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend them without a moments hesitation. This was probably one of the best services we've EVER had from a sales person. They were so knowledgable, patient, they made us feel like family. You can't ask for more than that!!!
