She is especially good with prompt communication and answering all of my questions. Rasa was great (once again). If I need to buy or sell a home, she will be the first one that I contact. Rasa was my single point of contact, which was fantastic. Rasa is extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market and market conditions. Per her suggestion, we toured the house over the weekend. Had we not done so, I would not have been able to submit a competing bid fast enough. I would have lost an opportunity to buy a great house.
