Buyer reviewWe are out of state investors and needed to find an agent that we could trust to find us a cabin that would generate the highest possible returns. Rasa and Ralph were referred to us by some friends that had purchased two cabins in the last few years. Rasa and Ralph were able to steer us away from cabins that looked great on the MLS but had reasons buyers should avoid, they also found us deals that were new on the market and encouraged us to move quickly when the properties were hot. When we went under contract they were great at helping us work through the process of inspections and objections and getting the process moved to closing. We have had the cabin for four months so far and have been very happy with the bookings. We plan on using Rasa and Ralph again when we come back for our second cabin in the next few months.
