Deanna was able to guide us through every step of offers/counter offers and reviewing the inspection report. She was extremely helpful with being a liaison with the contractor, and the HOA. Buyer reviewFirst time buying a home so there were a lot of questions I had that Eric had all the answers for. His knowledge of the market, houses, additional costs, comparable market and potential hazards are EXCELLENT. There were a few miscommunications though about expectations and me not understanding the housing market did not help the situation which meant we missed out viewing a property. I will say my schedule and inability to communicate back immediately doesn't help also.
