Buyer reviewWe sought a recommendation from the person most instrumental in bringing us to Indianapolis. He steered us to Eric Rasmussen. After the first phone conversation with Eric , I was sold. He was personable, quick to discern our needs, and quick to respond. Our first impression was fabulous. Eric was very patient with us as we made several rounds of home visits before realizing we needed to raise our price expectations. He didn't push us in that direction, simply let us make the determination for ourselves. He helped us consider not only immediate benefits to a house but future pros and cons when we may choose to sell. Every step of the way, Eric was there to guide and assist us. We've had several realtor experiences in the past, and I would rate Eric at the top.

He continually updated our search and he did a great job of quickly alerting me of properties that we needed to visit, which was crucial because of how quickly the market was moving. When it came to offers and negotiation, Eric always asked and took time to be sure he knew how I wanted to proceed. When, on the other hand, I wanted him to take the lead he did so in a great way. He's helped with inspections that I've not been able to attend and has been flexible with my restrictive schedule. He's always offered great insight into the neighborhoods we visited and I'm very excited about the one we selected! I always encourage my family and friends to connect with Eric.
