The end result of our experience with Eric is that he helped us sell our home in a week and we are now living in the home of our dreams that he helped us purchase. We followed his advice and the house was flooded with interested buyers the moment it went on the market. At the end of the day, Eric sold our house quickly and for more money than I paid for it 3 years ago. I would highly recommend him.
