Also helped us resolve some issues with the home after the purchase. She listened to our list of needs and worked very hard to locate the perfect property. He had done extensive research on homes sold in the area that were comparable to mine, answered all my questions knowledgeably, and was prepared to do the paperwork on the spot. 3 days later I had a cash offer.
