I was looking for a vacation/investment home in Tennessee, but I work abroad, so I didn't have any time to shop around and wanted to wait until my assignment was done. Then my aunt purchased two cabins in Sevierville area, and recommended me to try Ms. Beth as the realtor. At first, I was reluctant because, again, I just wasn't physically available in the States, but my aunt and Ms. Beth helped me pick the cabin in a way that I didn't have to worry much about picking the wrong one. My aunt likes Ms. Beth a lot, because she wasn't just professional, but she would also try to personally help buyers make right decisionis and help them negotiate in buyer's favor. I felt exact same thing when I worked with Ms. Beth. I could feel that she wasn't trying to just get the business done soon and leave. She would offer me her personal opinions about the property, and those are what I needed since I was trying to process everything remotely from the opposite side of the planet. If she treated me only professionally, I may not have decided to purchase and cancel everything. I can say that the only reason I closed the deal is because of Ms. Beth.
