As a result of my husband having a hard time hearing, I had to do most of the dealings with Jon. I am 74 years old, AND I am not well versed on the computer. Jon walked me through all things on the computer. He had a lot of patience with me. He always let us know when someone was to see our condo and what they thought of it. Jon was very professional in his dealings with me, yet even though I have never met Jon in person, I felt like I had known him. I appreciate everything that he did for us. I would recommend Jon Dempersmier to anyone and everyone.

It was very easy to work with Beth. She listened to what I wanted/needed in a new home. She was very active in showing different properties that might suit my needs and was always prepared when showing. I enjoyed working with Beth . This condo purchase was a huge undertaking for me. With her knowledge of the city and her understanding of my needs, she made it a very easy to find the right home for me. Nothing could have been better than the way Beth handled this transaction. Beth was great to work with and I relied heavily on her local connections for financing, insurance, inspections, etc... and her knowledge of the market and the different areas. We found a great cabin and it checked all of the boxes for me. Also considering how competitive the market is in this area, it was great to have someone like Beth to help me figure out the contract negotiations to be able to compete. Last, I work full time and don't live in the area, so I knew this would present challenges and Beth handled everything great and filled in all the gaps left by me not being able to just hop in my car and "drive over". She did a great job and i'm very happy with the entire process.

When I met Jon Dempersmier he was at lunch. We could tell by the time of day it was that he should eat his lunch. He stopped what he was doing and took us to see a home. We didn't purchase the first one we saw and he took us to see more the next day. We went back to Illinois with no purchase. We saw a home online that needed a lot of work because it was a foreclosure. Jon helped us with things we wouldn't have even ask a best friend to do. He volunteered and we were 9 hours away so we let him because we couldn't. We thought Jon was so great we used him to sell our home. Other realtors told us our home was worth much less than his appraisal. I'm an Appraiser by profession so I knew he was right. We always shop the market for everything even an agent. He was fair honest and if we ever purchase another home it Tn. We won't hesitate to call Joh Dempersmier and only Jon. He is the best and we won't have to waist our time looking again.
