Seller reviewI have had great experiences with Ron Castro. He previously helped me sell a previous home and then buy the home I just sold. He was great and I only wish I could have him help me with the purchase of my new home but I have relocated to Idaho. I would very highly recommend Ron to anyone I know looking to buy. Far and above better than previous selling and buying experiences with other agents. Cannot say enough about how happy I am with this experience. I am not very patient and Ron is very patient and understanding of my stress. House sold in 3 days with only one open house and showing. I think this was not only due to the current market but due to planning by Ron.

They understood what was important to us within our price range and they got us into viewings faster than one would think. They negotiated the price down on our house that appraised lower than we thought which was no easy task. I would recommend them to anyone!!
