It was a pleasure working with Kyle Kerbel and his team! We had a very specific idea in mind of what our next home was going to be, and a set checklist that made the search a pretty difficult challenge. Kyle definitely stepped up to the plate searching hours outside of his local area to help us find the perfect property, and stayed by our side communicating with both sides - through the unexpected bumps in the road all the way until closing. In the end, she helped us sell our home for well over our expected amount and when the market and my family are in a position I am comfortable with my wife and I will most certainly be utilizing Sarah and her team to purchase our next home.
