Communication is the most important part of the home selling/purchasing process and I'd give Jeff and A++. We are lifetime customers! Their support staff were always on it. Any time I had a question I was responded to quickly. Not only that but I'd find myself thinking of a question and the next thing I knew I was getting a text just keeping me in the loop that answered the question I had. Stellar team!
