Kyle Kerbel........what can I say......complete beast of a realtor. Dang good lookin too. That silver hair and tall, dark stature, he could be a plus size male model for sure. He negotiates like the Wolf of Wall Street. He's smooth like non chunky peanut butter. He's calm and collect and closes deals like Walmart closes local grocery chains. Let's be honest, he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. As for the rest of the Sarah Padgett Team......absolute gems. You can't go wrong with these people. They treat you like family and would give you the shirts off of their backs. Absolute unit of a team!

Met with Sara and two other agents during that time and Sara was the on one that gave the impression that she cares about her customers. She was very patient with my situation and provided me with a good approach to putting my home on the market. This is why I selected her as my agent.
